BLUEGRASS MEADOWS MICRO VILLAGE

Bluegrass Meadows Micro Village PlanIn 2013, Terrace, BC faced a rental crisis with zero occupancy. Residents of Terrace were looking for more home rental options as well as attainable home ownership. From this feedback, developed the concept of Canada’s first micro community.

Bluegrass Meadows Micro Village is located approximately 10 minutes from the downtown Terrace, BC. This tiny home community is located on a property combining forest with meadows, nestled between the Kalum River and the Nisga’a Highway

Phase one includes homes and sites, and a common cabin with laundry. Parking is provided next to each home in addition to a parking area. , and pets are permitted. Snow removal will be provided through the winter. Future phases will include additional homes and sites, a larger common cabin, BBQ, fire pit, a communal garden and recreation area.

We welcome contact from any community or municipality considering a micro home community.
